About your inspector Mr. Jerry Taylor - With 30+ years of home building/repairs experience Mr. Taylor is a member of Internachi, a Certified Professional Home Inspector and a FAA Certified Drone Pilot. His attention to the details in home building and structure began while helping his Dad build his first home in the 1980's. After graduating he became a member of the U.S. Air Force, where his attention to the details were enhanced to include safety and awareness of his surroundings. These are key factors when inspecting a home. After completing his military service, he continued to work in the construction industry where he gained vast knowledge in roofing, plumbing, heating and air, workings of electrical panels, and many other details of building structures.
Behind the scenes Cindi Taylor - In 2006 Cindi received her certification in Business Management from Wesleyan College located in Macon, Georgia. Her experience in the field of administration spans over 30+ years.
Together Jerry and Cindi are the sole owners of Taylor Home Inspections. It was because of their own experience when selling and purchasing their homes they decided to start their own home inspection business. They both felt the ambition to assist other home owners and prospective homeowners with this particular process. Because buying or selling can be a stressful time, having peace of mind regarding your current home or possible home's structure can make it the enjoyable life change experience that it should be. Both Jerry and Cindi want their client to have that peace of mind. You can trust that at Taylor Home Inspections, Jerry will inspect your property as if it were his own home or his potential home.
