The company is owned and operated by Jerry Taylor, a Georgia licensed home inspector who is InterNACHI certified, veteran-owned, and experienced in residential construction and repair.

Jerry Taylor brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience in home building, maintenance, and repairs. His inspection background covers roofing systems, plumbing, HVAC equipment, electrical panels, structural components, and overall property condition. He is also an FAA Certified Drone Pilot, allowing for safer and more effective roof inspections when conditions permit.

Jerry’s experience in home construction began in the 1980s, working alongside his father while building and repairing homes. His attention to detail and methodical approach were further strengthened during his service in the United States Air Force, where safety, accuracy, and situational awareness were essential. That same disciplined mindset is applied to every home inspection today.

Cindi Taylor serves as Office Manager and handles scheduling, communication, and administrative operations. She holds a certification in Business Management from Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia and brings more than 30 years of administrative experience. Together, Jerry and Cindi founded Taylor Home Inspections LLC to provide clear, honest inspections for buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals navigating important real estate decisions.

As a local, family-owned business, Taylor Home Inspections LLC focuses on thorough evaluations, straightforward reporting, and professional communication.
