New homes often come with a 1-year builder warranty, but many issues don’t show up until the home has been lived in for several months. That’s where our 11-month warranty inspection comes in.

Observations: We perform a full home inspection near the end of your builder’s warranty period—typically during the 11th month. We inspect the roof, attic, foundation, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and more to find any defects or poor workmanship before your warranty expires.
